Product Support Policy At Vector Numerics, Inc., customer satisfaction is a top priority. We appreciate your registration dollars, and strive to be sure you receive a good value for your money. VectorPro has been extensively tested and every effort made to make the documentation understandable and usable. Vector Numerics is, however, a new, part time business, and therefore our ability to give the user immediate attention is limited. At this time, we ask that all support be done via the mail. At some future time, a Voice Mail / Fax / BBS system is planned, and will be announced via newsletter when it becomes available. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with VectorPro for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Just return the manual and all diskettes, and certify that you have erased it from your hard disk, tapes, and diskettes, and your purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please also indicate the source of your displeasure, to help us improve future versions of VectorPro. Support Policy: Free support is provided to all users of VectorPro as long as Vector Numerics Inc. remains in business. However, such support must be limited to patching bugs and to questions that would normally arise out of the use of VectorPro by persons knowledgeable in scientific programming. If you really want us to write your program for you, or conduct a correspondence course in Numerical Analysis, Vector Numeric's then current consulting rate will apply, or we must decline to get involved. Support privileges may be withheld for users who attempt to abuse it. Upgrades: From time to time, new versions of VectorPro will be made available for a reasonable fee. These upgrades will incorporate any fixes and improvements made to old routines, and new routines as well. Source Code: The source code to VectorPro is a valuable trade secret, and therefore is not available. Every effort will be made to avoid sticking you with a dead-end product. In the event Vector Numerics Inc. goes under, its last dying gasp will be to offer registered users a chance to buy a copy of the source code for some appropriate fee. Newsletter: At necessary intervals, a newsletter will be mailed containing announcements and articles that should be interesting.
